Black Velvet swan costume

A jet black tutu, ideal for a dying swan performance, made with thick stretch velvet with an adjustable back and straps. It is a structured tutu with inner pant and corset back with an adjustable string. It has 9 layers of stiff tulle with a hoop. It has slip sleeves.
Would look lovely on stage.
